The histories of both partners are considered together. Examination, ovarian reserve, ultrasound and sperm assessment help guide the discussion.
Treatment plan
Age, ovarian reserve, the cause of infertility and previous treatment all inform protocol selection. Care is personalized rather than based on a single standard formula.
